Transformer Evacuation System
Transformers are key equipments, and it is much imperative to maintain the optimal insulation properties of the transformer oils by rigid control over moisture, dissolved gases and particulate contamination. Vacuum is drawn in transformer tank with assistance of transformer evacuation system in order to take off gases and from insulation/oil. Alternately during the commissioning of transformers, nitrogen is evacuated with transformer evacuation system before new oil filling in transformers. It is a wet process which postulates proper moisture extraction before its debut into vacuum pump. The conditioning applied in this system saves the cost of frequent uses of new oil, and enhances the life of the transformers. This system has complete turnkey applications, and come with spare parts and technical support network. The oil and vacuum connections provided in this system is in the form of flanged joint with 'O' Ring, that ensures full sealing efficiency at all times and thus requires minimal maintenance.
